What does unlimited video editing mean?
You can submit as many video editing requests as you like. We work on one video at a time per account to maintain quality and turnaround speed. Once a video is complete, we move to the next in your queue.
If you’d like multiple videos edited simultaneously, you can always add more accounts.
How many videos can I get edited each month?
It depends on your video type, complexity, and how quickly you provide feedback and materials.
Most clients complete 4–8 videos per month. As we learn your preferences and workflow, your output will likely increase.
What are your working hours and holidays?
Our editors and project managers work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pakistan Standard Time (GMT+5).

We observe major public holidays in Pakistan, including Eid, Independence Day (Aug 14), and Labor Day (May 1). You’ll be notified in advance of any off days that affect delivery timelines.
What software do you use?
We primarily use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. We can share original project files if needed (Included in the pro plan)
Are your editors freelance or in-house?
All of our editors and project managers are in-house, working from our studio in Lahore, Pakistan. They’re trained, quality-checked regularly, and immersed in platform trends so you get consistent, high-quality results.
How fast will my edits be delivered?
Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the request.
- Simple short-form edits can be delivered in 12–24 hours.
- Long-form or more complex projects may take up to 2–3 business days. Your project manager will keep you updated throughout the process.

How does the billing cycle work?
Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews automatically every 30 days. For example, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your next charge will be on the 5th of the following month. You’ll receive a receipt and reminder before each renewal.
Are there any additional costs for revisions?
Nope! All of our plans include unlimited revisions at no extra cost. Whether it takes one round or ten to get it right, we’ll keep refining until you’re 100% happy.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you’d like. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, so you can continue submitting requests and revisions until then.
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the creative and time-based nature of our service, we don’t offer refunds once work has started. That said, we’re always happy to work with you to make things right — including extra revisions or bonus content — if you’re not satisfied.
How is my payment information secured?
We use secure, industry-standard payment processors (like Stripe) to handle all transactions. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers, so your information stays safe and private.

How does the day-to-day workflow actually work?
Once you sign up, we’ll set up your personal Notion board — this is where all your project requests, files, revisions, and communication will live. You’ll use this board to submit new requests, upload assets, and review completed work.
Your dedicated editor and project manager will pick up tasks one by one, making sure everything stays on track and error-free.
If you’re on the Pro Plan, you’ll also get access to a private Slack, WhatsApp or any other preferred communication channel for faster back-and-forth communication. On the Basic Plan, everything stays organized within Notion, which works great for async collaboration.
How many requests can I submit at once?
There’s no limit to how many requests you can send in. Queue them all up — we’ll work through them one by one, in the order you submit them. Want more edits done in parallel? Add another subscription to scale faster.
Can I get multiple versions of a single video?
Yes! You can request multiple exports from a single video — like a full YouTube version, a few reels, and different aspect ratios for social platforms. Just tell us what you need and we’ll make it happen.
Do you support 4K editing?
Yes, we do — on our premium plans. If you’re on a base plan, final exports are in 1080p. But we can still work with 4K footage
What types of videos do you edit
We specialize in:
- YouTube videos (long-form + shorts)
- Vlogs, podcasts, interviews
- Faceless/Cashcow videos
- Ads, reels, and social media videos
- Motion graphics, intros/outros, and thumbnails
We do not currently offer editing for:
- Wedding videos
- Music videos
- Adult content editing
- 360° or VR content
- Cartoon-style character animations
